Fliss -Owner

Fliss bought the cafe 5 years ago where she transformed the place into the perfect seaside cafe! You may find her with a coffee in hand speaking to our lovely customers!

Sian- General Manager

Sian became one of our team leaders after a couple of weeks and is now our lovely assistant manager! She loves telling people what to do. Yes she does have a funny accent… she’s from Sunderland 🤣

Team Leader

Laura

Laura has worked at Flissys for over 4 years and became team leader for all her jokes and her food presentation skills. You'll often find Laura waiting by the coffee machine for her hot chocolate!

Flissy's @ The Station

Donna

Donna has worked at Flissys since the beginning and became team leader after 6 months for all her hard work cooking sausage batches. She is now manager of Flissy's @ The Station! You'll often find her planning her dinners with the rest of the staff!

Kaylie

Kaylie has been with us a couple of months now. Fun fact: Kaylie has cage dived with sharks!

Molly

You’ll always find Molly on the floor chatting away to the customers!

Eran

Eran is our star dishwasher! You may find him talking away about his new game whilst making the dishes lovely and sparkly.

Kate

Kate is our baker for the cafe! Makes sure we have all our homemade bakes stocked up ready for you all!

Nikki

Nikki is part of our kitchen team! Shes always wizzing around preparing all our delicious food!

Emily

Emily is our office administrator, she's always hiding in the office!
fun fact about Emily, she loves teacakes so loves taste testing all the new ones we get in!

Leanne

Leanne is always on the coffee machine making our amazing speciality hot chocolates !

Tallulah

Tallulah is our little wiz kid on the floor, making sure every has their orders taken- you’ll often see her with our Sunday crew!

Rhiannon has recently became full time at flissy's and is an absolute star at pretty much everything! you will find her popping in and out from kitchen to the coffee machine
