Fliss -Owner

Fliss bought the cafe 4 years ago where she transformed the place into the perfect seaside cafe! You may find her with a coffee in hand speaking to our lovely customers!

Kumara -Manager

Kumara has worked at Flissys for nearly 4 years and is currently working towards her management apprenticeship by telling us all what to do. You'll often find her drawing away on our blackboards for all our fabulous specials!

Sian- Assistant Manager

Sian became one of our team leaders after a couple of weeks and is now our lovely assistant manager! She loves telling people what to do. Yes she does have a funny accent… she’s from Sunderland 🤣

Georgie

Georgie is one of our new additions to our team leaders at Flissys. You may find her sweeping away with her favourite tool! ​

Laura

Laura has worked at Flissys for over 4 years and became team leader for all her jokes and her food presentation skills. You'll often find Laura waiting by the coffee machine for her hot chocolate!

Gemma

Gemma is doing a team leader apprenticeship! She’s a wiz in the kitchen ensuring everyone gets their meals out by sorting through the dockets!

Flissy's @ The Station

Donna

Donna has worked at Flissys since the beginning and became team leader after 6 months for all her hard work cooking sausage batches. She is now manager of Flissy's @ The Station! You'll often find her planning her dinners with the rest of the staff!

Rachel has worked at Flissy's for a couple of months, she always has a smile on her face when she comes into shift! Rachel dances in her spare time and has done lots of competitions.

Antonia has saved a baby turtle in Florida and used to teach people how to play tennis.
